Check-in is between 4 and 7 p.m. (and until 8 p.m. in July-August).
In the event of a late arrival, please contact us BEFORE 7 p.m. for instructions about picking up your key.
Check-out is at 10.00 a.m. at the latest, with housekeeping either provided by yourself or by the hotel for a fee of €50 (apartments and studios).
Please return keys to reception.
Advance payment / security deposit: 30 % of the total rent is payable on reservation, with the remainder paid on arrival.
Means of payment: cheques, cash, bank card, Chèques-Vacances vouchers (excluding Internet bookings), bank transfer.
Important: We do not take "Chèques-Vacances vouchers" for bookings made on the Internet.
Cancellation conditions:
Total refund of your reservation if you cancel at least 30 days BEFORE arrival.
After that time, no refund is possible.
You can change your dates free of charge, but you must inform us at least 7 days before your day of arrival.
Cancellations are no longer possible 7 days before arrival 100% of the stay is charged.
